This is a course which analyses recent developments in Scots and English contract law and was delivered both at a conference to delegates and by videoconference to various locations in Scotland.

9th February, 2015: One-Day Workshop on Civil Evidence, Parliament House, Edinburgh.  This workshop was designed by Professor Macgregor with and Professor Maher and delivered to Scottish Sheriffs through the auspices of the Judicial Institute.
