Edinburgh delighted to welcome inaugural David Edward Visiting Practitioner Fellow

The Europa Institute were delighted to welcome the inaugural David Edward Visiting Fellow Practitioner, Jonothan Tomkin to Edinburgh this month.
Mr Tomkin who works in the Legal Service of the European Commission in Brussels, met with staff and students to exchange experience and ideas. During the visit the Europa Institute arranged a Moot Court Hearing in Edinburgh Law School's Citizenship in Europe LLM class, where Mr Tomkin acted as judge.
The Moot Court Hearing was also attended by Dean's Fellow, Professor Claire Kilpatrick and Professor Sir David Edward, the esteemed Chair of the Edinburgh Europa Institute, and a Judge at both the (then) General Court (1989-1992) and European Court of Justice (1992-2004).
