Scottish Human Rights Commission publishes paper written by Law School academic

The Human Rights Implications of the European Union (EU) Referendum was provided by Dr Tobias Lock
As part of the ongoing debate surrounding a potential BREXIT, Lecturer in EU Law Dr Tobias Lock has provided a paper to the Scottish Human Rights Commission.
The Commission requested "The Human Rights Implications of the European Union (EU) Referendum" in order to provide a holistic understanding of the potential ramifications of the upcoming vote.
