Paper written by Dr Jonathan Hardman shortlisted for SLS Best Paper award

A paper written by Edinburgh Law School's Dr Jonathan Hardman, has been shortlisted for The Society of Legal Scholars (SLS) Best Paper Prize. The paper, titled ‘Descriptive Determinants of Ostensibly Normative Corporate Law Arguments’, is one of three papers shortlisted by the Society as part of its 2021 Annual Conference, which took place in September at Durham University.

This year's shortlisted papers will be judged by Professor Catharine MacMillan (King’s College London), President of the Society 2021/22,  Natalie Wortley (Northumbria University), Acting Subject Sections Secretary, and John Pearson (Manchester Metropolitan University), nominee of the editors of Legal Studies. The winner of the award will be announced soon.
