Navraj Singh Ghaleigh speaks at international seminar on Emissions Trading Systems in Seoul

Navraj Singh Ghaleigh, Senior Lecturer in Climate Law, last week participated in an international seminar in Seoul, at the invitation of the Korean (ROK) Government. The event, entitled, 'International Seminar on Legal Disputes Over Emissions Trading Systems’ was hosted by the Climate Change Mitigation Division of the Ministry of Environment, in South Korea.

Other speakers included representatives from the German Federal Government, and the French Conseil d'Etat. Over one hundred attendees were present, from South Korean government, law firms, industry and academia.

Navraj’s remarks on the European Emissions Trading Scheme drew from both his published and forthcoming research, i.e.:
