Four students of the Edinburgh Law School have authored a recently published article for the international law blog Vöelkerrechtsblog.

The article, entitled 'Bringing Order to Orbital Chaos? ASAT Weapons Tests and the Outer Space Regime' was written by International Economic Law student Sanchit Anand and Global Environment and Climate Change Law students Rajeshwari Suryakanth Nagamarpalli, Veronica Miele, and Audrey Danthinne. It discusses the legal implications of the creation of space debris in outer space, an area beyond national jurisdiction.

The article can be read in full on the Vöelkerrechtsblog website.
