Four members of staff at the Edinburgh Law School have contributed to a recently published book comprising an “extensive comparative study of commercial contract interpretation across 14 selected jurisdictions”.

David Cabrelli and Laura Macgregor edited the book, entitled ‘Interpretation of Commercial Contracts in European Private Law’, as well as writing a Scottish national report. Lorna Richardson and Dr Remus Valsan contributed chapters to the book, which is published by Intersentia.

This book forms part of the Common Core of European Private Law project which has just reached its 25th anniversary.
