Law School members contribute to report on climate constitutionalism

Edinburgh Law School's Dr Asanga Welikala and Navraj Singh Ghaleigh have contributed to a report on climate constitutionalism in conjunction with the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
A commentary on the report co-authored with Karla Martinez Toral, Catherine Higham, Joana Setzer and Chiara Arena, titled 'The 11 nations heralding a new dawn of climate constitutionalism', examines the recent trends in climate constitutionalism and the how the ways it's being used may help further the global fight against the climate change crisis.
