Law School launches innovative European Law LLM workshop assessment

Fundamental Rights in Transition: Challenges and Development in Individual Protection in the EU was held on 23 April 2018

Edinburgh Law School's Dr Leandro Mancano hosted the 1st European Law LLM workshop on Monday 23 April. "Fundamental Rights in Transition: Challenges and Development in Individual Protection Within the EU" saw students enrolled on the course present their research.

 

Presenters were given feedback from the course organizer and their classmates and questions from discussants followed each presentation. This is the first time that this method of assessment has been incorporated into the programme and will be repeated in years to come. Edinburgh Law School is a world-leading centre for the study of European Law and the presentations offered fresh insights into ongoing developments in EU protections.
