Law School colleagues win at the CAHSS Recognition Awards

The Award ceremony which took place on the 6 June celebrates individuals and teams who strive for excellence in all that they do, and who act with integrity, commitment and respect. The peer-award scheme is an opportunity for colleagues to showcase the people they work alongside, and to thank them for the difference they make every day.

Scottish Tax Clinic – Community Impact Award winners
This Award is given to an individual or team who has fostered connections with external partners, locally or globally, to fulfil CAHSS’ mission to be a force for social good. It recognises those that strive to connect University expertise with external partners to deliver positive social change and lasting impact for the University’s community.
Lindsay Jack - The Dean of Students Award for Contribution to the Student Experience winner
This Award is given to an individual or team who has made an outstanding contribution to delivering excellence for our students. It recognises those who listen carefully and prioritise the needs and perspectives of students throughout their University journey. It celebrates those that prioritise experience of our students, seeking to foster a greater sense of belonging.
Samera Yasin - Highly Commended for The Outstanding Team Player Award
This Award celebrates an individual who displays extraordinary integrity and generosity towards their colleagues. It recognises those who consistently provide support, helping others overcome obstacles and accomplish success. This Award is specifically for employees who are not in leadership or managerial roles.
