InnSciD-SP Public Lecture: Diplomacy in Financial Policy and Technology

Dr Rafael Lima Sakr, Teaching Fellow in International Economic Law at Edinburgh Law School, will chair an upcoming public lecture with the Sao Paulo School of Advanced Science on Science Diplomacy and Innovation Diplomacy (InnSciD SP) on 'Diplomacy in Financial Policy and Technology.'
The Sao Paulo Framework conceives Innovation Diplomacy as a set of ideas, principles, visions, strategies and practices that constitutes and governs how government and non-government actors globally pursue innovation through diplomatic strategies and approaches. What does Innovation Diplomacy really mean for Financial Policy and Technology?
InnSciD SP will host a public lecture to discuss how distinct actors have made sense of and engaged in diplomacy in financial policy and technology. The aims are to better understand how diplomacy can help promote financial innovation as well as how financial technology can assist us in strengthening international cooperation.
