FLAC shortlisted for the Pro Bono Award at the Law Awards of Scotland for the second year running

Edinburgh Law School's Free Legal Advice Centre has been recognised a second time

The Free Legal Advice Centre, based at Edinburgh Law School, has been shortlisted for the Pro Bono Award at the Law Awards of Scotland for a second time, after winning the prestigious prize in 2017.

FLAC was established by the former University of Edinburgh Diploma Director, the late Elaine Tyre in 2007. FLAC aims to provide excellent legal advice, support the community and enhance the learning experience of law students. 

The awards will be presented at a dinner on Thursday, 29 November 2018. We are keeping our fingers crossed for a well-deserved second win.
