Edinburgh Law Schools Dr Tobias Lock gives evidence to a Lords inquiry into the Human Rights Act

Dr Tobias Lock, Lecturer in EU Law, spoke to the Lords Select Committee on Tuesday 20th October at Westminster.
Joined by fellow academics from the Universities of Essex and Oxford, Dr Tobias Lock was invited to give evidence to the Lords EU Justice Sub-Committee last week. Topics tabled for discussion included the protection of human rights under the European Court of Human Rights and in EU law, the ramifications of any repeal of the Human Rights Act and potential ramifications of withdrawal from the European Court of Human Rights.
