Edinburgh Law School European Law Moot Court team success
Tue 1 March 2016
A team of Edinburgh Law School students came second in the prestigious EU Law Moot Court regional finals last weekend. They were only narrowly beaten to the title.
This year's European Law Moot Court was held in Fribourg, Switzerland. It is an annual international competition between teams of students and the European Final takes place in the Court of Justice of the European Union. Founded in 1988, it is today considered as the most prestigious moot court within its field.
This team is the first that Edinburgh Law School has fielded since 2009/10 and is its most successful team ever. Congratulations to the team for their hard work and their success. Our congratulations go also to the staff who coached these outstanding students.
