Dr Gavin Sullivan co-authors op-ed piece for NYU Just Security

Dr Gavin Sullivan has co-authored a critical op-ed piece for the NYU Just Security forum. The op-ed titled 'Watchlisting the World: Digital Security Infrastructures, Informal Law, and the “Global War on Terror”', examines the Counterterrorism Watchlisting Toolkit adopted by The Global Counterterrorism Forum (GCTF) in October this year.
Just Security is an online forum for the rigorous analysis of national security, foreign policy, and rights based at the Reiss Center on Law and Security at New York University School of Law.
