Corruption in Business workshop held by Dr Liz Campbell
Thu 7 April 2016
Manchester workshop led by Edinburgh Law School academic includes timely discussion of the Panama Papers
On Thursday 7 April, a special workshop is being held by Dr Liz Campbell, Edinburgh Law School Senior Lecturer in Criminal Law and Evidence.
Entitled "Corruption in (Non-)Criminal Commerical Enterprise", the workshop will be co-hosted by Manchester Criminology lecturer Dr Nicholas Lord. The revelations relating to Mossack Fonseca in Panama, the global use of corporate vehicles to hide the provenance of illicit funds, and the continuing legality of questionable business practices indicate the timeliness of this interdisciplinary forum.
