Dr Veronica Ruiz Abou-Nigm, Senior Lecturer in International Private Law at Edinburgh Law School, presented at the International Conference of Reference, organised jointly by The Hague Conference on Private International Law and the American Association of Private International Law.
The event took place on Thursday 3 December and focussed on the HCCH 2019 Judgments Convention.
