Virtue Argumentation Theory to Legal Reasoning Workshop

  • José Ángel Gascón (Catholic University of Maule) ‘The Value of Intellectual Autonomy’


This workshop will examine the relevance of virtue argumentation theory to legal reasoning. The workshop consists of three sessions in each of which there will be a presentation of a paper followed by discussion.
