Edinburgh Law School is proud to host a screening of "A Dark Place: A SOFJO Documentary" by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), followed by a live panel discussion with:

  • Julia Haas, Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media
  • Gill Phillips, Director of Editorial Legal Services for the Guardian
  • Rebecca Vincent, Director of International Campaigns for Reporters Without Borders (RSF)

The documentary A Dark Place, produced by the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media together with the International Press Institute, highlights the experiences of female journalists who have been targeted by online harassment.

Join us for an exclusive screening for UoE students and expert panel discussion on Wednesday 21st April. The screening will start at 14:30, followed by the live panel discussion from 15:30 - 16:15.
