Mon 13 February 2023
We are delighted to host Professor Koskenniemi to discuss his recently published magisterial study of legal history and theory. In this work, Professor Koskenniemi explores how key concepts such as statehood and the rule of law emerged in the legal imagination of early modern thinkers. We will hear from the author about the process of writing this book and how it builds on his earlier scholarship.
