About the speaker

 

Lorren Eldridge is a lawyer and legal historian specialising in the intersection of legal history and legal theory. She uses that historical background to inform her teaching in English Property Law at Dundee. Lorren is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales (non-practising), and a member of the Selden Society for English Legal History, the American Society for Legal History, and the Society of Legal Scholars.
