Understand your data - switch on your digital rights!

Thinking of putting isn a Subject Access Request? Asked  to “help the police with their inquiries”? The SCRIPT centre has partnered with the universities of Dundee and Strathclyde in a project by the Scottish Insights Institute that tries to build people’s confidence in exercising their digital rights. 

This is a FREE interactive half-day of talks and workshops aimed at people who are not specialists in data or cybersecurity but would like to know enough to keep themselves right - suitable for anyone, regardless of knowledge or skill. Experts from the Scottish Government, Open Rights Group, Police Scotland, cyber specialists, and academic researchers will be present throughout the day.
