The Edinburgh Private Law Discussion Group is delighted to welcome Dr Alasdair Peterson, lecturer in property law at Edinburgh University, for our penultimate event of the 2021/22 session. Dr Peterson will be presenting on the recent Inner House decision in PHG Developments Scot Ltd v Lothian Amusements Ltd in preparation for a forthcoming article. The presentation will be followed by a discussion amongst all attendees of the issues raised.
