The PLDG is delighted to welcome Professor David Cabrelli, Professor of Labour Law and Deputy Head of School at Edinburgh University for our first event of the 2021-2022 academic year. Professor Cabrelli will be presenting on his forthcoming article on clauses in restraint of trade in employment contracts, to be published later this year in the Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal. After his presentation, David will welcome any comments and feedback.
