MacCormick Fellow Seminar: 'Unity of Practical Reasoning, Legal Positivism and Justification of Legal Decisions'

This is a seminar given by Paula Gaido, a MacCormick Fellow, as well as a researcher from National Research Council of Argentina and Professor of the University of Cordoba, Argentina', in which she will be presenting her paper 'Unity of Practical Reasoning, Legal Positivism and Justification of Legal Decisions.' 

Our seminars consist of a 30 minute presentation given by the author, followed by a 60 to 90 minutes Q&A.
