Legal approaches to Refugee and Migration Issues Roundtable

The roundtable is organised by the prospective 'Law, Borders and Migration' Reading Group in collaboration with the Global Justice Academy. It aims to create a space at the UoE Law School for PhD researchers and early career researchers to present their work related to migration and refugee issues.

Presenters will also receive feedback from both their peers and expert scholars in the field. In addition Prof. Sylvie da Lomba from University of Strathclyde will deliver a talk on the challenges of researching migration issues and ways to overcome these challenges. Finally, a space of the day will be dedicated to discussing the reactivation of the ‘Law borders and migration’ reading group.
