This event is hosted by the Edinburgh Centre for Private Law. 

The symposium is intended to explore the future challenges for the Scots law of delict and how well is it equipped to deal with them. Among the questions examined are: Where are gaps or uncertainties likely to arise, and how should they be addressed. How significant is the distinctiveness of Scots law in meeting those challenges?
