This talk explores the mechanisms and practical challenges of international cooperation in criminal justice, focusing on mutual legal assistance and extradition.
Join us for a presentation by Mr. Tomoyuki Sugawara, Legal Attaché with the Embassy of Japan in the United Kingdom, and Mr Atsushi Tsujii, First Secretary.
The event will be chaired by Professor Nehal Bhuta, Chair of International Law, Edinburgh Law School.
