This event has been designed for students who are interested in pursuing a career in private practice to find out more about MacRoberts LLP.
With offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh, MacRoberts LLP is a leading independent Scottish law firm where exceptional legal advice is at the heart of everything. You will hear from two MacRoberts employees about their roles and the different opportunities available across the firm.
Event Details
Firstly, Agne Zasinaite (Associate, ITPC) will cover how MacRoberts as a full-service law firm works with public sector bodies, education bodies and charities. She will discuss the third sector work covered by MacRoberts as a whole, as well as covering her experience in the Intellectual Property, Technology and Commercial team, and her career to date. Then, Rupa Mooker (Director of People & Development), will provide practical guidance on making applications for summer placements and traineeships, as well as some useful interview hints and tips.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask relevant questions of the speakers in a Q&A session.
