The Future for Women in Law: Work, Rest and Progress
Location:
Zoom Webinar
Date/time
Tue 7 September 2021
13:00 - 14:30
As a follow up to the Edinburgh Foundation for Women in Law's “Living and working in the time of COVID-19” listening event, we move forward to look towards the future.
As many of us are reassessing our personal working habitats, workplace practices and future career progression, change is on the horizon. It is time to explore whether our current methods are fit for purpose and sustainable for women.
On Tuesday, 7 September, the Foundation will be hosting a further discussion event on "The Future for Women in Law: Work, Rest and Progress."
Facilitating the discussions will be Naeema Sajid, solicitor and creator of Diversity+. Naeema will be joined by a panel of industry leaders and thinkers including Yvonne Brady (Morton Fraser LLP), Amanda Millar (Past President, Law Society of Scotland), Rupa Mooker (MacRoberts LLP), Fiona Eadie (COPFS) and others in a discussion of what works and what needs to change to capture and retain our female talent.
Registration is free and required for this event.
