A Book Symposium on The Federal Contract: A Constitutional Theory of Federalism
Stephen Tierney’s new book The Federal Contract: A Constitutional Theory of Federalism was published by Oxford University Press in June 2022. To mark the publication of the book, the Edinburgh Centre for Constitutional Law is hosting a hybrid symposium on the book, consisting of two events in successive weeks in May 2023.
