About the seminar
The PLDG is delighted to welcome Lord Drummond Young, former judge of the Inner House of the Court of Session, for our next event of 2021. Lord Drummond Young will be presenting on the use of common sense, and particularly commercial common sense, in legal reasoning. The presentation will be followed by a discussion amongst all attendees of the issues raised.
The PLDG meets on the last Tuesday of the month, at 5.30pm, on Zoom. The event is free to attend, but registration is required. The link to the event will be sent to those registered in advance of the meeting.
