About the seminar
The PLDG is delighted to welcome Professor Laura Macgregor, Chair of Scots Law at Edinburgh Law School, for our first event of 2021. Professor Macgregor will be presenting on partner-to-partner duties of good faith in Scottish partnerships. The presentation will be followed by a discussion amongst all attendees of the issues raised.
The PLDG meets on the last Tuesday of the month, at 5.30pm, on Zoom. The event is free to attend, but registration is required. The link to the event will be sent to those registered in advance of the meeting.
