About the seminar
The PLDG is delighted to welcome Professor Gillian Black, Chair of Scots Private Law at Edinburgh Law School, for our next event of 2021. Professor Black will be presenting on Marriage and the Enlightenment, asking what can Jane Austen tell us about 21st Century divorce law reform. The presentation will be followed by a discussion amongst all attendees of the issues raised.
The PLDG meets on the last Tuesday of the month, at 5.30pm, on Zoom. The event is free to attend, but registration is required. The link to the event will be sent to those registered in advance of the meeting.
