About the seminar
The PLDG is delighted to welcome its co-convener, Shona Warwick, doctoral researcher at Edinburgh Law School, for our next event of 2021. Shona will be presenting on a possible way forward in distinguishing the lease from the licence to occupy in Scots law. The presentation will be followed by a discussion amongst all attendees of the issues raised.
The PLDG meets on the last Tuesday of the month, at 5.30pm, on Zoom. The event is free to attend, but registration is required. The link to the event will be sent to those registered in advance of the meeting.
