The ECPLDG are delighted to welcome back Dr Alice Krzanich, University of Aberdeen , to speak on "Hurt Feelings: a legal history of emotions".

Dr Krzanich completed her LLB at the University of Auckland and practiced as a barrister in New Zealand before moving to the UK in 2017 to undertake a Masters in Law at the University of Cambridge. She was awarded a PhD in law by the University of Edinburgh in 2022 prior to taking up her current role at the University of Aberdeen. Alice's research interests include historical master-servant law; women's legal history; and the history of private law.
