This is a seminar organised by the Edinburgh Centre for Legal Theory. The speaker Tanja Porčnik, from Hamburg University, will be presenting her paper on ‘Human-AI Interactions in Law-making: Legal Subjectivity and a Right to Human Decision-Making’.
