Dr Daniel Carr will give a work in progress talk on:

The role of courts in the administration of trusts is well-known, and the extent to which trustees can seek assistance or binding direction from the court in discharging their own duties is an aspect of this jurisdiction. The present work in progress paper reflects upon some of implications for the actors in that dialogue, which in turn invites reflection on how we think about trustees and the courts.
