The convenors of the Edinburgh Commercial Law Reading Group at the University of Edinburgh are delighted to invite you to the new online event which will take place on Tuesday, 23rd November. Dr Tobias Bacheier and Dr Martin Freytag will present their recent research titled 'Discreational Elements in the Brussels / Recast Regulation'. The session will then be opened up to participants to contribute to a discussion of the articles.
