About the seminar
The Criminal Law Discussion Group is happy to announce our first event of the year and first ever Work-in-Progress Session! Our speaker will be Jackson Allen (Edinburgh) who will be presenting a paper entitled Developing a sui generis conception of fairness in reverse burden cases.
