Dean's Lecture: Is EU Treaty-making a blind spot for EU legal studies?

We are delighted to invite you to our Dean’s Lecture delivered by Edinburgh Law School Dean's Fellow, Professor Claire Kilpatrick. Professor Kilpatricks' interests lie mainly in the law and policy construction of Social Europe, especially the EU’s roles. A focus of her recent work has been EMU and Social Europe with a particular focus on sovereign debt loan arrangements and legal challenges to those arrangements from those within debtor EU states before the Court of Justice and human rights bodies.
