Transnational Lawmaking Coalitions for Human Rights
About the book:
Nina will talk about her book "Transnational Lawmaking Coalitions for Human Rights“ (CUP, 2022). This book dives beneath the surface of formal access, procedures, and actors of the UN human rights treaty bodies to reveal how members and external collaborators play a key role in the development of human rights. "Transnational Lawmaking Coalitions for Human Rights“ was recently awarded the 2022 biannual award for the best book on the United Nations system by the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS).
The book is now available through Cambridge University Press
