The Law Commission, in England, proposed various reforms to arbitration in England. These proposals are found in the new Arbitration Bill 2023 currently making its way through Parliament.
In this seminar, Lord Glennie KC, who has experience of arbitrations in England and Scotland, will examine the Law Commission's proposals, and consider whether the changes recommended should also be made in Scotland.
