The Scottish Law Commission are currently undertaking project on the reform of security over land. Dr Stöcker will present the work of the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks’ Round Table on Security Rights in developing a framework which compares and evaluates the regime governing security over immoveables across  Europe and in selected other jurisidctions.
