The Edinburgh Private Law Blog was launched in October 2019. Since its launch, this blog has been a platform for insightful discussions and debates on private law, showcasing research from Edinburgh Law School and other academic institutions.
Writing an academic blog post, however, differs from creating an article, academic journal or even a thesis. This event aims to explain the art of academic blogging and to help students transform their ideas into engaging blog posts. Some entries written by academic and legal experts will be discussed to illustrate current issues in private law. Ultimately, law students are encouraged to unlock their voices in private law and contribute to a growing legal discourse through blogs. Professor David Fox and Professor Alexandra Braun will be the speakers for this event.
This event is hosted by Edinburgh Centre for Private Law.
