The LLM in Medical Law and Ethics offers a comprehensive range of core courses which cover the fundamental areas of medical law.

To be awarded the LLM in Medical Law and Ethics you must successfully complete six courses and a dissertation over your chosen duration of study.

Of the six courses, three courses will be compulsory courses, and two must be selected from the core Medical Law and Ethics courses. One optional course can be selected from either the Medical Law and Ethics courses, or from a list of optional courses in a different subject area such as commercial law, intellectual property law and information technology law.
