“The Outer Boundaries of Property Law”

This seminar explores four topics at the outer boundaries of orthodox property doctrine.  Taking a legal theoretical approach, the seminar speakers investigate the problems of reconciling certain emerging (or less familiar) kinds of thing with orthodox property concepts.
