Research Interests

Robert Lane's principal areas of interest lie within the various strands of EU law. They include in particular the constitutional and administrative law of the European Union, including comparative constitutional law; the methods and reasoning of the European Court of Justice; the law of the internal market; and competition law, both EU and UK.
