Research by Dr Emmanuel Oke used in training of judges in Africa and Asia

Research published by Edinburgh Law School's Dr Emmanuel Oke, has been used by The South Centre as part of their training for judges in Africa and Asia.
Dr Oke's research paper on the right to health in pharmaceutical patent disputes was used by The South Centre in their training courses for African Judges on Intellectual Property and Public Health, and the Thailand Course for Judges on IPRs, Competition and Public Health, Course organized with the Court of Appeals for Specialized Cases, during April and May 2022.
The South Centre is an international organisation created by developing countries to help developing countries to combine their efforts and expertise to promote their common interests in the international arena.
