Biographical Details

David Nichols has been legal staff member of the Scottish Law Commission since 1977; General Editor Butterworths Scottish Family Law Service since 1995; and Editor of Greens Family Law Bulletin since 1992. His research interests are in the areas of law reform, trusts and succession, family law, and diligence.
